Disaster

The worst avalanche in United States history happened in 1910. It buried a Great Northern Railway train in northeastern King County, Washington, killing 96 people.

History's worst peacetime sea disaster happened on December 20, 1987, when the passenger ferry Doña Paz sinks after colliding with the oil tanker Vector 1 in the Tablas Strait in the Philippines, killing an estimated 4,000 people (1,749 official).

The Bhopal disaster was a gas leak incident on the night of December 2-3 1984 at the Union Carbide India Limited (UCIL) pesticide plant in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is considered to be the world's worst industrial disaster. Over 500,000 people were exposed to methyl isocyanate (500 times deadlier than hydrogen cyanide). The  gas leak went undetected due to the factory's earlier removal of the alarm siren in order to not disturb its neighbors.

Here are a list of songs with natural disasters in the title.
